Blood Donation Program 2010

On 9th,janaury 2010,the BSP school ghattekulo ,kathmandu,organized  a blood donation program at at school premises with co- partnership of Rotary Club dillibazar and swornimpath saving and credit cooperative Ltd.More than 40 persons donated their blood.The President of RC Dillibazar Lakshya Bdr KC gave a short short speech about the blood donation program.

Rt. Eric Luedtky Visits BSP School

On 11th, December, 2009, Rotarian Eric Luedtky visited the Blue Sky Public School, Katmandu. He is the first person to visit the school from the USA. He shared some words of his happiness to visit the school and its family. He was offered some garlands and Khanda by the students and Principal Prem Oli as a warm welcome.

Students Take part in an FM Radio Program

The students of Blue Sky Public School took park in FM radio program where they performed their talent program of songs, peoms, speech and laughter. They shared their view about the school, teachers and parents. The program was aired on Friday at 5pm.

Craft Competition

On28th,friday,The BSP School conducted an art and craft competition at school. The students from different houses(Red house,Blue house,Green house and Yellow house) took part in the competition.the yellow was winner. They were given to make Pashupati temple,Singh Darbar,Dharhara and Swoyambhu.

BSP students took part in dance competetion

The students  of Blue Sky Public School took part in an inter school dance program held on Friday the 20th, Nov. 2009.  More than 15 schools had taken part in the program. The BSP School took fifth place over all.

Trainning Program Held By PABSON

Australian educationist Ret. David Rusk conducted the "Leadership and School Improvement" traning program organized by PABSON (Private Schools Organization.) at Hotel Panson Basana on November 6th, 2009. He shared his long experience and involvement in the education field. The program, chaired by Bhoj Bdr. Shaha, president and vice president, gave a welcoming speech sharing some pleasant expressions in honor of David Rusk.

Our Intimate David Rusk from Australia conducted a teachers' training program on 31st , October at school. He shared with teachers of Blue Sky Public School , Kathmandu his experience of 42 years' teaching.He shared about the motivation to students and team work. We are really grateful for wonderful training that is really fruitful to all the teachers and school.

Allison sponsored next new students.

Our Australian friend Allison also sponsored next new students.The sponsored student is subhash Lama and he is 11 years old . He reads grade three. We are grateful to Allison and we thank to Deb and David too for this.

Deb Kay sponsored a new student

Our Australian friend Deb Kay sponsored a new student,Bishal.We are very thankful to her for sponsoring our students.The student lost his father recently.He had left his school.Now he got a chance to be at school again as Deb sponsored him.He is studying L.K.G.He has lost him father and his mother works to clean dishes at peoples' home.

Two more students sponsored

The Rotary Club of Brownhill Creek ,Australia sponsored two poor students ,Raj karki,class two and Indira Chaudhary,class three of Blue Sky Public School. both children are from very poor and backward society. Prem Oli ,the principal of Blue sky Public school stated a gratefulness to all member of RC Brown Hill Creek and Mr David Rusk who has coordinated to find the sponsorship for nine students of this school
